EXCLUSIVE: Marilyn Manson’s Home Searched in Child Porn Probe

Law enforcement served a search warrant at the West Hollywood home of rock singer Marilyn Manson on Friday night in a probe into the distribution of child pornography, TMZ reported.

The office of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Child Exploitation Task Force executed the warrant, which pertains to child pornography found online.

TMZ reported that a law enforcement source said Manson was never served with the warrant, meaning the investigation does not involve the singer himself.

The police department declined to comment on the reason for the search.

According to the LAPD, investigators served a warrant at various locations in West Hollywood to find alleged child pornography. The city is about six miles from Manson’s home.

The search allegedly focused on 33 computer devices, a DVD recorder, two hard drives, a Bluetooth transmitter and headphones. Law enforcement obtained a search warrant for the music technology because “it seems to be very relevant,” according to TMZ.

Law enforcement also seized “several large computer hard drives, a DVD recorder, two hard drives, a Bluetooth transmitter and headphones,” TMZ said.

In April, he was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, which was later determined to be cocaine.

Manson was in Los Angeles on a private trip before the discovery, his rep confirmed.

Fox News’ Judson Berger and the Associated Press contributed to this report.
