Biden gives VP another verbal promotion as ‘President Harris’ on the campaign trail
Vice President Joe Biden has made a point of naming his dog to several recent events, including the president’s in Pittsburgh and the vice president’s in Pittsburgh and Phoenix.The New York Times reported that the vice president has given the presidential dog “President Harris’ body language” as part of his communications with President Obama – while using the same name as the presidential dog.
